NOT your REPUTATION.

Your CHARACTER is WHO you are.

Your REPUTATION is who people THINK you are.

Quick Story—

When Jesus was alive, there was a group devoted scholars known as the ‘Pharisees.’

They were extremely respected & FULL of knowledge.

But let me ask you a question…

When Jesus began His ministry at the age of 30—

Was it the Pharisees who He chose as his disciples?

NOPE.

Jesus chose to partner with some ‘Average Joe’s’ like YOU & ME.

What was the significance of this?

—To showcase God’s power through ordinary men.

What does this mean for you?

If you see yourself as ‘ordinary’...

PERFECT.

God wants to use you.

He sees something in YOU that you don’t quite yet.

Listen…

The biggest problem with the Pharisees was that they used their position to showcase how holy THEY were.

While the disciples used their position to showcase how holy GOD was!
